MHSSO is funded through the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Therefore, we are able to serve those who are eligible at no cost to the customer. As a tax supported agency, we are able to offer care to those whose income is 200% of the federal poverty level or below, have a diagnosable severe mental illness or substance abuse condition and have no other means of accessing treatment. We also accept Medicaid/Medicare. Our fees/rates are established by the ODMHSAS and Medicaid and are based on the cost of the service. Depending on the situation, there may be a co-pay for services and medication. We also assist in filing claims for insurance or other third-party reimbursement.
