Q.  What about confidentiality?

A.    The names of persons served and family members are kept strictly confidential.  Exceptions may occur if someone is a danger to him/herself or others, in cases of child abuse, upon receipt of a court order, or with a person's written consent.

Q.  Who will treat me?

A.  Staff include psychiatrists, non-psychiatric physicians, licensed marriage and family therapists, licensed clinical social workers, child development specialists, licensed professional counselors, licensed behavioral practitioners, certified alcohol and drug counselors, certified case managers and others.  Treatment is coordinated by a multi-disciplinary professional team.

Q.  What is the cost?

A.  Fees are based on the cost of the service.  However, your fee will take into consideration your income and number of dependents.  We also assist in filing claims for insurance or other third-party reimbursement.

Q.  Is MHSSO licensed and/or certified?

A.  Yes.  We are certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as an Approved Provider of Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Also, we are accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (C.A.R.F.).
