Qualifications:
A) Completion of the curriculum requirements of a master's degree in a mental health or health or
related field from an accredited university and two (2) years experience in a professional capacity
involving the delivery of clinical service or, any equivalent combination of education and experience.
B) Oklahoma State Licensure as a Professional Counselor.
C) Considerable skill in working with people, in effectively treating social and emotional problems, in
expressing ideas clearly and concisely in written and oral form, in exercising good judgment in
evaluating situations and in making decisions.

Residential Care Aide II
Position Open in Marietta, OK
Under direction, a Residential Care Aide II provides medication management services for residents receiving treatment for problems related to mental illness. (MAT training or CMA certification required).
Residential Care Aides may also coordinate or provide activities in the residential facility during specified period(s) as assigned.
Qualifications:
A) Certification as a Residential Care Aide, Long Term Care Aide, Certified Medication Aide, or Home
Health Aide and listed as current on the Oklahoma State Department of Health Registry.
B) Completed CPR and Basic First Aid Training, and OSBI Criminal History Background Check
C) Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and driving record background check from the Department
of Motor Vehicles.
D) Demonstrated knowledge of residential care philosophy of operation.
E) Ability to maintain appropriate therapeutic behavior.
F) Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; to exercise initiative;
and to exercise good judgement.

PT/R Driver
Positions open in Madill
Under general supervision, transport consumers, staff, volunteers, or equipment and supplies for assigned MHSACSO locations. May also perform general vehicle and building maintenance and custodial duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A) Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
B) Must be eligible for coverage by MHSACSO automobile and van insurance carrier, (ie. have good driving record and experience in driving the assigned vehicle)
C) Must be able to apply commonsense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions; and deal with problems that arise in the course of work.
D) Must be courteous to consumers and the general public and maintain effective working relationships.
E) Must be willing to complete First Aid and CPR Training.
